The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

You have to contact us within 24-48 hours of delivery to apply for Replacement/exchange. You can contact us via Email ([email protected]) or you can Call/WhatsApp us on 9625445107. You can replace your product with the same model or can exchange with any other product available on our website. Please note money will not be refunded, you can either exchange it or can get store credits. If the required product is out of stock at the time of replacement then you have to select another model of same product or any other product.

  • You can replace your product if size is not fit.
  • You can replace your order if wrong product is delivered (unboxing video is must in this case).
  • You can replace/exchange your order if product is defective at the time of delivery.
  • You can replace/exchange your order if you are not satisfied with the product.
